Lenovo Drift2.0 AMD lämpömoduuli – CPU-jäähdytyksen vaihtomoduuli AMD-järjestelmille

Lenovo Drift2.0 AMD thermal module is a replacement CPU cooling module designed specifically for compatible AMD-based Lenovo systems. It transfers heat from the processor to the cooling assembly to restore or maintain thermal performance after repair or during upgrades. The module is intended for use in Lenovo systems that accept this form factor and thermal design and is supplied without additional mounting hardware unless specified by the system documentation.

Advantages

The Drift2.0 AMD thermal module provides direct thermal conduction between the CPU and the system heatsink assembly, improving processor temperature regulation compared with degraded or damaged original modules. It is engineered to fit Lenovo chassis that support the Drift2.0 thermal layout and uses materials and contact surfaces matched to the original design to help maintain stable operating temperatures under typical workloads.

Suitable for

• Repairing Lenovo notebooks or small form-factor systems originally equipped with the Drift2.0 AMD thermal design
• Replacing a worn, bent, or leaking thermal module to restore correct CPU cooling
• System maintenance when thermal performance has degraded or components have been serviced

When it may not be suitable

This thermal module is intended specifically for compatible AMD-based Lenovo systems using the Drift2.0 thermal layout. It may not be compatible with non-Lenovo motherboards, different chassis layouts, or AMD systems that use an alternate cooling design. Installing an incompatible module can prevent proper contact with the CPU or obstruct other components.

Key specifications

• Function: CPU thermal conduction module for AMD processors in Lenovo systems
• Application: Replacement part for systems designed for the Drift2.0 thermal layout
• Primary materials: metal heat spreader and thermal interface surfaces (as per original design)
• Operation: passive conduction to system heatsink assembly; requires compatible heatsink/fan assembly
• Intended use: repair, maintenance, and restoration of original cooling performance

How to use

Power off the system, disconnect all power sources, and follow the device manufacturer's service manual for disassembly. Remove the old thermal module and clean the CPU integrated heat spreader and mating surfaces with an appropriate solvent. Position the Drift2.0 AMD thermal module according to the Lenovo system alignment points and secure it following the specified torque sequence. Reassemble the cooling assembly and apply thermal interface material if required by the service instructions. After reassembly, verify correct fan operation and monitor CPU temperatures during initial power-up and typical workloads.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm the Lenovo system model supports the Drift2.0 AMD thermal layout and form factor
• Check whether additional mounting hardware or specific thermal paste is required for installation
• Ensure you have the service manual or manufacturer instructions to perform the replacement safely

Recommendations

Use this module only in systems specified by Lenovo for Drift2.0 AMD thermal design. Replace thermal interface material when installing and verify clear airflow within the chassis. If unsure about compatibility or installation, consult an authorized service provider.
