Letkukiristinsarja KS TOOLS 4-osainen 122.1200 – metallikiristimet letkuille, lajitellut koot

The KS TOOLS hose clamp set 4-piece (model 122.1200) contains four metal hose clamps in assorted sizes designed to secure flexible hoses and pipes. Manufactured for general workshop, automotive and household use, these clamps provide adjustable fastening for hose connections on coolant, fuel, air and water lines. The metal construction offers resistance to mechanical wear and exposure typical in vehicle and workshop environments, enabling repeated installation and removal.

Advantages

Each clamp is constructed from corrosion-resistant metal and features a worm-drive style tightening mechanism for precise clamping force. The set includes multiple sizes to cover a range of hose diameters, reducing the need to source individual clamps. The design allows easy tightening and loosening with standard hand tools and delivers uniform pressure around the hose to help prevent leaks and slippage.

Suitable for

• Securing coolant hoses in automotive cooling systems
• Clamping fuel and air lines where an adjustable metal clamp is required
• Workshop and DIY plumbing tasks involving flexible hoses
• Temporary or permanent hose connections in household appliances and garden equipment

Key specifications

• Quantity: 4 metal hose clamps in assorted diameters
• Material: corrosion-resistant metal
• Tightening method: worm-drive screw for adjustable clamping
• Typical applications: coolant, fuel, air and water hoses
• Reusability: designed for multiple installations and removals

How to use

Choose the clamp size that best fits the hose outside diameter, slide the clamp over the hose end, and position it over the fitting or barb. Use a compatible screwdriver or nut driver to turn the worm-drive screw until the clamp applies firm, even pressure without deforming the hose. After tightening, verify the hose connection for leaks and adjust the clamp as needed. For removal, loosen the screw to expand the clamp and slide it off the hose.

Recommendations

Inspect hose and fitting condition before installation; replace damaged or hardened hoses. Do not overtighten the clamp to avoid cutting into soft hose materials—tighten until leak-free and secure. For applications involving fuel or pressurized systems, follow relevant safety procedures and periodic checks to ensure continued reliability.
