Key specifications

How to use

Install the hood at the recommended height above the cooktop following the manufacturer’s installation guidelines and local building codes. Choose either ducted or recirculation configuration according to your kitchen layout, ensuring adequate air outlet or proper placement of charcoal filters if recirculating. Use the control panel to select a low speed for simmering and a higher extraction level for frying or high-heat cooking. Regularly remove and clean the grease filters and wipe external surfaces to maintain optimal airflow and appearance.

Recommendations

For best performance, run the hood for a few minutes before starting to cook and continue for several minutes after finishing to clear residual odors and steam. Clean or replace filters at intervals recommended by the manufacturer and verify duct runs are unobstructed when using ducted ventilation.
