Liitäntäkaapeli Equip Cat.6A S/FTP RJ-45 2,0 m violetti

The equip® Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cord is built from quality materials and tested to meet industry standards. Designed for 10GBase-T networks, this 2.0 m purple patch cable supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s, features gold-plated RJ-45 connectors and S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and improve signal integrity in demanding network environments.

Advantages

This Cat.6A S/FTP cable provides higher bandwidth and an improved signal-to-noise margin compared with lower-category cables. The gold-plated RJ-45 connectors offer reliable contact and corrosion resistance, while the S/FTP shielding minimizes crosstalk and external interference for stable 10G performance. The 2 m length balances reach and manageability in typical patching applications.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T network connections
• Server racks and data center patch panels
• Office and workspace network cabling
• High-bandwidth applications such as large file transfers and virtualization

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device (switch, router or NIC) and the other to the patch panel or endpoint. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For structured cabling, label both ends if required and secure the cable with appropriate cable management accessories.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.6A S/FTP patch cord for short-range 10G connections within racks or between nearby network equipment. Avoid over-bending the cable and maintain proper grounding for shielded installations to preserve shielding effectiveness and signal quality.
