Liitin DELOCK RJ45 Cat.6A naaras-naaras pölysuojakannella, suojattu, DIN-kiskokiinnitys, harmaa/valkoinen

DELOCK RJ45 Cat.6A female-to-female coupler (shielded) provides a compact, shielded inline connection between two RJ45 Ethernet cables. The coupler is designed for Cat.6A performance, protecting high-speed data links while offering a dust protection flap and the option to mount on a DIN-rail for tidy installation in network cabinets or industrial enclosures. Its grey/white housing and metal shielding ensure grounded connections and reliable signal integrity in environments where electromagnetic interference (EMI) and mechanical constraints matter.

Advantages

The shielded design reduces electromagnetic interference and helps maintain signal quality for Cat.6A links. The integrated dust cover protects unused ports from contamination and reduces the need for additional protective caps. DIN-rail mounting capability allows secure, space-efficient placement inside distribution racks or control cabinets. The coupler's compact form factor enables inline extension or repair of existing cable runs without modifying wall plates or patch panels.

How to use

Mount the coupler onto an appropriate DIN-rail inside the network cabinet or enclosure, ensuring the rail is properly grounded. Insert RJ45 plugs from each cable into the female ports until they click into place; ensure correct cable orientation and strain relief where applicable. When a port is not in use, close the dust protection flap to prevent dust and debris ingress. For best performance, use Cat.6A-certified cables and maintain proper cable routing to avoid sharp bends or excessive tension.

Recommendations

Use the shielded coupler where grounded shielding continuity is required; verify that connected cables and the mounting rail provide proper grounding. Avoid exposing the coupler to direct moisture or corrosive environments unless installed inside a sealed enclosure. For critical high-speed links, test the assembled connection with appropriate network certification tools after installation.
