Lindy 0,5 m USB 2.0 Type-A-jatkokaapeli, Anthra Line

The Lindy USB Extension Cable 0.5m is an Anthra Line USB 2.0 Type A extension designed for reliable connections in AV and IT installations. The cable uses double-shielded construction with copper conductors, nickel connectors and gold-plated contacts to maintain signal integrity and resist corrosion. It supports USB 2.0 data transfer speeds up to 480 Mbps and is supplied in a black and grey finish.

Advantages

Double shielding and copper conductors provide stable transmission and reduced interference. Nickel-plated connectors with gold-plated contacts improve conductivity and durability. USB 2.0 support offers transfer rates up to 480 Mbps for fast data exchange. Compact 0.5 m length keeps installations tidy while extending reach for USB A devices.

Suitable for

• Extending the connection of USB A peripherals (keyboard, mouse)
• Linking USB devices to PCs or AV equipment in offices and meeting rooms
• Temporary or permanent USB extension in IT and AV installation environments

How to use

Plug the male USB A connector of the extension cable into the host device or upstream cable, then connect the USB peripheral to the female USB A end. Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain optimal signal quality. The cable is passive and requires no power or drivers; it simply extends the physical reach between two USB A interfaces.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid routing the cable alongside high-power mains cables or unshielded data cables. Use the 0.5 m length for short extensions where minimal signal loss and tidy cabling are desired. If longer runs are required, choose a longer Anthra Line USB 2.0 cable to maintain signal integrity.
