Lindy 10 m TosLink SPDIF digitaalinen optinen kaapeli

Digital Optical Cable Lindy 10m TosLink SPDIF is a 10-metre fibre optic audio cable designed for reliable digital audio transmission between source devices and receivers. The grey cable with TosLink male connectors on both ends supports SPDIF-compatible equipment and maintains signal integrity over longer distances, making it suitable for home and professional audio setups.

Advantages

The fibre optic construction provides immunity to electrical interference and preserves clear digital audio without grounding issues. TosLink male connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of Dolby Digital and DTS devices as well as professional AD/DA converters and digital audio workstations. A protective outer shell with a 2.2 mm diameter and dust caps on each end help protect the connectors and fibre during storage and installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs to soundbars and AV receivers
• Linking DVD/Blu-ray players and satellite receivers to home theatre systems
• Integrating professional audio cards, AD/DA converters and digital recorders

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Connector type: TosLink male to TosLink male (optical)
• Compatible formats: SPDIF, Dolby Digital (Dolby 5.1, AC3, Pro Logic), DTS, ADAT
• Outer diameter: 2.2 mm
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Remove the protective dust caps from both ends of the cable before connecting. Insert the TosLink male connectors firmly into the optical input and output ports of your source device and receiver until they click or seat securely. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends or kinks — maintain smooth curves to preserve optical performance. Test audio playback and adjust device settings to select the optical (SPDIF/TosLink) input if required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tightly coiling the cable and keep it away from heavy mechanical pressure. Verify that both devices support the chosen audio format (e.g., Dolby Digital or DTS). Store the dust caps when the cable is disconnected to protect the optical ends.
