Lindy 2 m USB 2.0 Type-A–B-kaapeli, Cromo Line

The Lindy Cromo Line USB 2.0 Type A to B cable (2 m) is a high-performance connection cable designed to link USB B devices such as printers and scanners to a computer or hub. It combines a double-shielded construction with tinned copper conductors and gold-plated contacts to ensure signal integrity and corrosion resistance while supporting USB 2.0 data rates up to 480 Mbps. The cable is finished in a durable grey design and is available in multiple lengths.

Advantages

Double shielding and tinned copper conductors reduce electromagnetic interference and improve long-term reliability. Gold-plated connectors provide better conductivity and resist corrosion. The cable supports data transfer speeds up to 480 Mbps, making it suitable for fast transfer of large files between devices. The designer Cromo Line connector architecture offers a robust physical connection and a professional appearance.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers to a PC or workstation
• Connecting scanners and multifunction devices
• Linking external USB B peripherals (audio interfaces, hubs) to computers
• Stationary USB connections in offices and home workspaces

Key specifications

• Connector 1: USB Type A
• Connector 2: USB Type B
• USB version: USB 2.0 (Hi-Speed)
• Maximum data rate: 480 Mbps
• Cable length: 2 m
• Product colour: Grey
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Conductor material: Tinned copper; double-shielded construction

How to use

Plug the USB Type A connector into an available USB port on your computer or hub and insert the USB Type B connector into the corresponding port on your printer, scanner or other USB B device. Ensure connectors are aligned before inserting to avoid damage. For stable operation, use a secure, stationary routing for the 2 m cable and avoid sharp bends or kinks that could stress the conductors or shielding.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this USB 2.0 Type A to B cable for direct device-to-host connections up to 2 m. If you require longer runs, choose a longer Cromo Line length or consider active/extender solutions. Keep connectors clean and store the cable coiled without tight loops to maintain shielding and contact quality.
