Lindy 45383 verkkokaapeli punainen 0,3 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)

Cat.6A S/FTP networking cable with RJ-45 connectors at both ends, 0.3 m length and red jacket. The cable supports bandwidths up to 500 MHz and complies with ISO/IEC 11801 and 10GBase-T requirements for 10 Gigabit Ethernet. It features an overall braided shield plus foil shielding around each twisted pair and a halogen-free LSZH sheath for low smoke and reduced toxic emissions, packaged individually in a polybag.

Advantages

The Lindy Cat.6(A) SSTP cable provides high-speed data transmission up to 10 GBase-T thanks to Cat.6A construction and 500 MHz operating frequency. Gold-plated contacts ensure stable, corrosion-resistant connections over time. The robust snagless strain-relief design protects the connector latch during insertion and removal. Shielding on both pair and overall levels (S/FTP) reduces electromagnetic interference for reliable network performance.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between network devices (switch-to-router, patch panel, wall outlet)
• High-speed Ethernet links up to 10 GBase-T in office and data-center environments
• Installations requiring low-smoke, halogen-free cabling in public or enclosed spaces

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6A (S/FTP), ISO/IEC 11801 compliant
• Bandwidth / frequency: up to 500 MHz
• Length: 0.3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Shielding: foil around each pair + braided overall shield (S/FTP)
• Sheath: LSZH (halogen-free)
• Colour: Red

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device and the other plug to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages. Use this 0.3 m patch cable for short connections where minimal slack is required; avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling to preserve shielding and connector integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable routed away from large power cables and strong electromagnetic sources. When used in public buildings or enclosed spaces, the LSZH sheath reduces smoke and toxic emissions in case of fire. Do not use the cable outdoors or in direct sunlight unless additional outdoor-rated protection is provided.
