Lindy 5 m High-Speed-HDMI-kaapeli, Cromo Line

Cromo Line High Speed HDMI cables by Lindy are designer HDMI cables from the Lines cable connectivity concept. They combine triple-shielded construction and 30AWG tinned copper conductors with 24K gold-plated contacts and a chrome-style ABS connector housing for reliable signal transmission and a modern appearance. The cables support UHD resolutions up to 4K 4096x2160@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit and can carry 32-channel audio including Dolby® TrueHD. HDMI 2.0 is supported for up to 18 Gbps bandwidth on cable lengths up to 5 m. Cable lengths range from 0.3 m to 10 m, with lengths under 5 m classified as High Speed and longer lengths as Standard.

Advantages

Triple-shielded construction and 30AWG tinned copper conductors provide improved signal integrity and corrosion resistance. 24K gold-plated contacts reduce contact oxidation and help maintain consistent connectivity. Chrome-design ABS connector housings offer a durable, style-conscious finish suitable for commercial and home AV setups. Support for HDMI 2.0 and 18 Gbps bandwidth ensures compatibility with 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 signals and high-resolution audio formats.

How to use

Connect one HDMI plug to the source device (for example a Blu-ray player, PC or game console) and the other plug to the display or AV receiver. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and avoid excessive bending or kinking of the cable, especially near the connectors. For 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 operation and full 18 Gbps bandwidth, use cable lengths of 5 m or shorter. For longer runs select the appropriate length up to 10 m and verify signal performance with your equipment.

Recommendations

Use Cromo Line HDMI cables up to 5 m when maximum bandwidth and full HDMI 2.0 feature support are required. For installations where cable routing may stress the connector, allow some slack and avoid sharp bends. If signal issues occur at longer lengths, test with a shorter cable or consider an active/repeater solution.
