To supply power to the notebook through the converter, connect a compatible USB-C power adapter to the converter's USB-C power input; the adapter supports Power Delivery up to 100 W. No driver installation is required — the device should be recognised automatically by the host.

Recommendations

Ensure the host computer's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode before use. Use a quality HDMI cable for best video performance and a USB-C power adapter rated for the required wattage when charging a notebook.
