How to use

Before installation, ensure the fixture is de-energised and the existing lamp and ballast are compatible with T8 fluorescent tubes. Insert the tube into the T8 bi-pin holders and rotate or secure according to the fixture design until the tube seats firmly. If a ballast replacement is necessary, use one rated for linear fluorescent lamps and compatible with the tube’s electrical characteristics. Restore power and verify the lamp starts and reaches stable light output; allow a short warm-up period for full luminous output if using conventional ballasts.

Recommendations

Use in dry, indoor environments and replace tubes with the same type and wattage for optimal performance. Dispose of fluorescent tubes according to local regulations for lamps containing small amounts of mercury; consider recycling options where available.
