Maapiikki EUROLITE 51914704, 60 x 265 mm, asennuspiikki ulkovalaisimille

EUROLITE 60 x 265 mm ground spike is a metal mounting spike engineered to secure outdoor fixtures and stands in soft soils. Designed for straightforward installation, it offers a stable anchor point for lighting stands, display posts and temporary structures used in events, gardens and outdoor setups. The spike's dimensions provide balance between penetration depth and above-ground engagement, enabling reliable fixation while allowing removal when no longer needed.

Advantages

The spike is constructed for durable outdoor use and delivers consistent holding power in typical garden and event soils. Its tapered shape and pointed tip ease insertion into the ground without specialized tools, and the 60 x 265 mm size gives sufficient length to stabilize medium-height stands while minimizing protrusion. Corrosion-resistant treatment on the metal surface reduces weather-related degradation and extends service life under normal outdoor conditions.

How to use

Select a suitable location free of underground utilities and level the ground surface. Position the spike so the pointed tip faces downward and align the socket or collar with the mounting pole of the fixture. Drive the spike into the ground by applying steady downward force; use a mallet or hammer with a protective block if additional force is required, taking care not to deform the socket. Insert the fixture pole into the spike socket and secure according to the fixture's mounting instructions.

Recommendations

For optimal holding, install the spike into firm, compacted soil. In very soft or sandy ground consider deeper anchoring or supplementary supports. Regularly inspect the spike and the mounted fixture for corrosion or loosening, and remove or replace the spike if signs of wear are present.
