• Key features of M-Fire Guardian XR
• Two types of light beam

The flashlight offers two types of light beam, equipped with two independent, intuitively placed switches. They provide simple and precise operation, allowing quick selection of light modes.

Precise lighting enables effective operation in smoky rooms, vapours and fog: the strongly focused main beam with 240 lm output and range up to 205 m is surrounded by a wide beam illuminating the field of view.

Auxiliary red light, controlled by a separate switch, increases visibility and raises safety on the road and in rescue operation zones. Pulsing mode additionally attracts attention of the surroundings.

Red light is perfect for internal signalling within a rescue team, enabling easy identification

Does not blind pilots at temporary landing sites for medical helicopters

• Supports Fire Brigade work during road incidents

The flashlight switches are clearly tactile and intuitively placed, which facilitates quick location without looking.

• Power and charging

The flashlight is powered by a Li-Ion battery with capacity 2600 mAh, which allows 6 hours of main LED operation in High mode (240 lm) and up to 224 hours in Survivor mode. Charging takes place in a dedicated base, which is compatible with both mains adapter (230V AC) and car adapter (12V/24V).

Possibility of charging in a vehicle without the need for an inverter makes additional accessories unnecessary.

The charging holder has a charge indicator, which allows convenient monitoring of the battery status. Active charging process is signalled by LEDs in the docking station, changing colour from red to green.

The function of removing the flashlight from the charging holder with one hand allows for instant preparation for action, which is invaluable in dynamic and demanding working conditions.

The Mactronic M-Fire Guardian XR flashlight has a 4-level battery status indicator, enabling precise tracking of the charge level.

The indicator is placed in an easily visible location, so reading is simple even when wearing the flashlight on clothing. This practical solution allows the user to continuously monitor the battery status, increasing work safety and minimising the risk of sudden discharge at critical moments.

• ATEX certification

The M-Fire Guardian XR flashlight has ATEX certification, which means it is designed to work in explosive atmospheres classified as Zone 0. This is particularly important for specialists operating in environments where even the smallest spark can lead to catastrophic consequences. The ATEX certificate guarantees that the flashlight meets rigorous safety standards, providing protection in places where there is a risk of explosive gas mixtures. This is a key feature that makes the M-Fire Guardian XR the number one choice in industries such as oil, gas and chemical industry and Fire Brigade.

• Ergonomic and durable construction

Rubberised, ribbed handle of the M-Fire Guardian XR flashlight housing provides a secure grip, minimising the risk of accidental dropping. An additional rubber layer effectively absorbs impacts, increasing the flashlight's resistance to mechanical damage caused by falls. Low profile and low weight (305 g) minimise the risk of snagging on obstacles when working in tight spaces.

Mounting with a strong clip to clothing or equipment frees hands, which is invaluable when working in tight or demanding spaces.

Improved balance of the flashlight when mounted on the clip increases comfort of use. This solution, developed in cooperation with firefighters, eliminates the problem of the flashlight tilting head-down, ensuring its stable, vertical position during operations.

• Water and dust resistance

Water and dust resistance High IP67 tightness class provides full protection against dust ingress and water resistance to a depth of 1 metre for 30 minutes. Thanks to this, the flashlight can be safely cleaned after each rescue operation.

The housing is designed without unnecessary crevices, which combined with its high tightness significantly facilitates cleaning, even after contact with mud, dust or other contaminants.

Such a solution protects the flashlight in difficult terrain conditions, while facilitating cleaning, ensuring full functionality and reliability during subsequent tasks.

• Applications of M-Fire Guardian XR
• Rescue

The M-Fire Guardian XR flashlight is an excellent tool for rescue teams operating in environments with high explosion risk. Its strongly focused light beam allows effective penetration of heavy smoke, which facilitates evacuation of victims and location of hazards. Auxiliary red light increases visibility of rescuers on the road, which is crucial during rescue operations in difficult terrain.

• Oil and gas industry

For workers on drilling platforms, refineries and transmission stations, the M-Fire Guardian XR flashlight offers safety thanks to ATEX certification and durability, which is essential in difficult working conditions. Resistance to dust and immersion in water makes it an indispensable tool in areas exposed to leaks of hazardous substances.

• Chemical and petrochemical industry

In plants processing and storing hazardous chemicals, the M-Fire Guardian XR flashlight provides reliability thanks to advanced anti-spark protection. Ergonomic design and long runtime make it an ideal tool for workers who must operate in difficult conditions, often requiring precise lighting.

The Mactronic M-Fire Guardian XR angle flashlight is an advanced tool dedicated to work in extreme conditions. Two types of light beam, ATEX certification, solid construction and long runtime on a single charge make it meet the highest safety and performance requirements. It is a product that can be relied upon in the most critical situations.
