MAILmedia taittopussit 59234 B4 valkoinen 2 cm taittolähetyspussit, B4, 2 cm selkä

MAILmedia Faltentaschen 59234 B4 White 2 cm folding mailer envelopes are B4-format folding envelopes in white, with a 2 cm spine designed to hold thicker documents, catalogs and flat goods. These folding mailers combine a flat envelope footprint with extra internal depth, allowing compact storage and secure mailing of papers that would not fit in standard flat envelopes. The construction supports stacking and filing while providing a simple, space-efficient protective solution for office and mailing workflows.

Advantages

These B4 folding mailer envelopes offer increased capacity thanks to the 2 cm spine, reducing the need for separate parcels or bulky packaging. The white surface provides a clean appearance suitable for business correspondence and labeling. The folding format enables low-profile storage and easier filing compared with boxes, while the envelope construction protects contents from light bending and keeps loose documents together during transport.

How to use

Insert documents flat into the folding mailer and fold or close according to the envelope's construction to form a secure spine. For mailing, seal or tape the open edge as required by postal regulations and apply the recipient address and postage on the outer surface. When storing, place the closed envelopes upright or stacked to make efficient use of shelf or filing space while keeping contents accessible and organised.

Recommendations

For best results when mailing thicker sets of documents, distribute contents evenly along the spine and avoid overfilling beyond the 2 cm capacity. Use clear adhesive tape or a self-adhesive strip if available to ensure secure closure, and apply protective corner guards or rigid inserts if extra protection against bending is needed during transit.
