MAKERA Carvera Air langallinen anturi

The MAKERA Carvera Air Wired Probe is a purpose-built Z-axis touch probe that brings automated tool setting and workpiece zeroing to your Carvera Air CNC machine. Unlike generic probes that require adapters or complicated setup, this wired probe connects directly to the Carvera Air’s dedicated probe port via a 3-pin JST-XH connector, ensuring plug-and-play operation from the moment you plug it in. Its conductive touch plate and normally open contact switch deliver high-precision height detection, eliminating manual jogging and reducing setup errors. Whether you are milling, engraving, or 3D carving, this probe streamlines your workflow and improves repeatability.

Highlights

• Direct compatibility with MAKERA Carvera Air CNC machine – no adapters needed
• Accurate Z-axis height detection for tool length measurement and workpiece zeroing
• Robust aluminum alloy body with black and silver finish for long-term durability
• 1.2-meter cable with 3-pin JST-XH connector for easy connection
• Normally open (NO) contact switch with passive 5V DC signal – safe and reliable
• Plug-and-play operation: simply connect and start probing

In daily use

Place the probe on your workpiece surface or against the tool tip, and the Carvera Air will automatically detect contact to establish the Z-axis reference. This eliminates the need for paper shims or manual touch-off methods, saving time and improving consistency across jobs. The wired connection ensures a stable signal with no interference, and the metal construction withstands the rigors of a busy workshop. The probe is ideal for users who frequently change tools or workpieces and need fast, repeatable zeroing.
