Makuualusta Naturehike yugu square L – itsestään täyttyvä, sininen

Naturehike yugu square L is a self-inflating sleeping mat in blue designed for camping and outdoor trips. The mat features an internal open-cell foam core that expands to draw in air when the valve is opened, creating a cushioned and insulated sleeping surface. Its rectangular (square) shape and L size provide a larger usable area compared with narrower pads, while the self-inflating design allows fast setup and compact packing for transport. The mat is intended to separate the sleeper thermally from the ground and improve comfort on uneven terrain during hikes, car camping and multi-night trips.

Advantages

The self-inflating mechanism gives quick deployment with minimal effort by allowing the foam to recover and draw in air, reducing the need for manual inflation. The foam core provides both cushioning and thermal insulation, improving rest quality and reducing heat loss to the ground. The square-shaped surface increases usable sleeping area and helps keep a sleeping bag aligned on the pad. Durable outer fabric and a secure valve contribute to reliable performance in outdoor conditions.

Suitable for

• Backpacking and hiking when compact packing and quick setup are required
• Car camping and weekend trips where larger sleeping surface is preferred
• Multi-night outdoor trips needing insulation from cold ground
• Basecamp sleeping and general outdoor use on uneven terrain

Key specifications

• Type: self-inflating sleeping mat with open-cell foam core
• Shape: rectangular / square-style surface for increased usable area
• Color: blue
• Function: cushioning and thermal insulation from the ground
• Setup: valve-operated automatic inflation as foam expands, manual topping up possible
• Portability: rolls or folds into a compact packed size for transport

How to use

Unroll the mat on a flat surface and open the valve to allow the internal foam to expand and draw in air. Allow several minutes for the foam to self-inflate to its working thickness, then close the valve. If a firmer surface is required, add a few breaths through the valve and close it securely. After use, open the valve, roll the mat tightly from the opposite end toward the valve to expel air, then close the valve to keep it compact for storage or transport.

Recommendations

For extended durability, avoid placing the mat directly on sharp rocks or abrasive surfaces; use a groundsheet or tent footprint when possible. Clean the outer fabric with mild soap and water and allow the mat to dry completely before packing. Check the valve and seams regularly and repair punctures promptly with appropriate patch kits to maintain insulation and cushioning performance.
