Mallipakkaus kirjekuoria MAILmedia 40105/7 paperi 120 g/m², läppä 40 mm

Envelope sample pack MAILmedia 40105/7 paper 120 g/m², flap 40 mm provides a practical way to assess paper weight, envelope dimensions and flap design before making larger purchases. The pack contains representative envelopes made from 120 g/m² paper with a 40 mm flap, intended for evaluation of appearance, tactile feel and compatibility with mailing, office handling and finishing equipment.

Advantages

The sample pack lets you verify printability, folding and sealing behavior on 120 g/m² paper without committing to a full production run. Testing a physical envelope makes it easier to judge how the flap size affects closure methods and postage options. The samples are suitable for checking manual and machine insertion, as well as visual match with other stationery items.

Suitable for

• Evaluating paper weight and texture for mailings
• Testing print, ink and toner compatibility
• Checking flap closure and sealing methods
• Verifying fit for documents, cards or inserts
• Assessing compatibility with inserting machines and printers

Key specifications

• Material: paper, 120 g/m²
• Flap height: 40 mm
• Intended use: mailing, office correspondence, testing
• Finish: uncoated natural paper surface suitable for writing and common printing processes
• Compatibility: suitable for manual and many automatic inserting and sealing systems (verify with your equipment)

How to use

Open the sample envelope and place typical contents (documents, cards or inserts) to check fit and folding. Run one or more samples through your office printer or copier to verify print alignment and toner adhesion, and test sealing by hand or on your sealing equipment. For machine checks, feed a single envelope first and adjust guides and pressure settings as required. Use visual inspection to evaluate surface appearance and color match with other stationery.

Recommendations

Store samples flat in a dry environment to avoid moisture-induced warping. When testing with printers or inserting machines, start with single-item runs and use the manufacturer-recommended settings for paper weight and thickness. If using adhesive or wet seal methods, allow any applied adhesives to cure fully before mailing.
