Marcato PD-220V -pastakoneen moottori

The Marcato Pasta Machine Motor PD-220V is an electric drive unit designed to attach to compatible Marcato pasta rollers and cutters. Finished in chrome, the motor provides consistent rotational power to automate dough feeding and sheet rolling, reducing manual effort while preserving the machine's original rolling action. It is intended for domestic use where reliable, steady speed and torque help produce uniform pasta sheets and shapes.

Advantages

The motor delivers a steady, low-vibration rotation that maintains consistent dough thickness and speed. Its chrome finish is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Designed for straightforward attachment, the unit integrates with Marcato pasta machines without altering their mechanical performance. The electric drive reduces physical strain during extended pasta preparation and speeds up repetitive tasks such as rolling and cutting multiple portions of dough.

Suitable for

• Home cooks who prepare fresh pasta regularly
• Small-scale production for family events or gatherings
• Users with limited hand strength or mobility seeking easier operation
• Anyone wanting to increase throughput when rolling and cutting dough

Key specifications

• Power supply: designed for 220 V mains
• Finish: chrome-plated external housing
• Compatibility: fits Marcato pasta rollers and cutters designed for an electric drive
• Operation: continuous rotation for automated dough feeding
• Mounting: external clamp/attachment system for direct coupling to the machine side

How to use

Attach the motor to the side of a compatible Marcato pasta machine following the machine's accessory mounting points. Ensure the machine is stable and the dough rollers are set to the desired thickness before connecting the motor. Plug the motor into a 220 V outlet and use the machine's adjustment controls to feed dough through the rollers; the motor will provide constant rotation so dough can be processed without manual cranking. Disconnect power and remove the motor before cleaning the pasta machine components as advised by the machine manufacturer.

Recommendations

Inspect the machine and motor connection before each use to confirm secure mounting. Use the motor with dough of appropriate hydration and consistency for best results, and avoid forcing overly stiff or dry dough through the rollers. Follow all safety instructions regarding electrical appliances, and store the motor in a dry place when not in use.
