• Everyday kitchen use where a compact, manual grinder is preferred

Key specifications

• Operation: manual hand-operated grinder
• Designed use: pepper, salt and whole spices
• Finish: black exterior
• Form factor: compact, handheld size for table and countertop use
• Construction: simple mechanism for easy maintenance and refilling

How to use

Fill the grinder with whole peppercorns, coarse salt or whole spices by opening the top or designated filling point. Hold the mill over the dish or pan and rotate the top portion or crank according to the device’s manual action to release freshly ground seasoning. Adjust grind coarseness if the mechanism allows; otherwise operate with consistent turns to obtain an even texture. Clean the exterior and refill as needed; avoid submerging internal mechanisms in water unless the manufacturer’s instructions state they are washable.

Recommendations

Use whole, dry spices and salts for optimal grinding performance. Store the mill in a dry place to prevent moisture from affecting the grinding mechanism or the spices. For best results, periodically check and tighten any removable parts and clear residual particles from the grinding chamber.
