Merkki Edding 780 valkoinen

The Edding 780 White gloss paint marker has an extremely fine 0.8 mm bullet nib designed for writing, drawing and detailed sketching on dark-coloured paper, card and other sealed surfaces. Its opaque, low-odour ink provides good coverage and dries quickly to a light-, water- and abrasion-resistant finish, making it suitable for invitations, small artworks and decorative items. The pen is part of the Edding gloss paint marker range and shares activation and filling technology with other Edding gloss markers available in different colours and nib styles.

Advantages

The 0.8 mm bullet nib gives precise, fine lines while the opaque white ink covers dark backgrounds effectively. The low-odour formulation and quick-drying, durable finish provide comfortable handling and long-lasting results. The nib is fed by an internal pump-action system, allowing controlled ink flow after activation.

Suitable for

• Writing and detailing on dark paper and card
• Creating invitations, gift tags and small decorative artworks
• Fine sketching and outlining on sealed or smooth paper varieties

Key specifications

• Brand: Edding
• Model: 780 White (MPN 4-780049, EAN 4004764490998)
• Tip type: 0.8 mm bullet nib
• Ink characteristics: opaque, low-odour, quick-drying, light-, water- and abrasion-resistant
• Body: multicolour

How to use

Activate the marker by shaking it firmly with the cap closed, then open the cap and place the tip onto a piece of scrap paper. Pump the marker up and down carefully until the nib fills with ink and produces an even flow. Write or draw with steady pressure; the fine 0.8 mm nib produces precise lines. Allow the applied ink to dry fully to achieve its resistant finish.

Recommendations

Store the marker horizontally when not in use and replace the cap immediately after use to prevent the nib from drying. Test the marker on a scrap piece of the intended material first to confirm opacity and drying behaviour.
