METZ CONNECT teollisuusverkkotarvike 142M1D10100 kaapelin pituus 10 m

The METZ CONNECT industrial networking accessory 142M1D10100 cable length 10 m is a ready-made connectivity solution designed for industrial environments where reliable data transmission and mechanical robustness are required. The 10 m cable provides extended reach between devices while maintaining signal integrity and physical stability suitable for control cabinets, machine connections and field installations.

Advantages

This industrial networking accessory combines a defined cable length with a robust connector design to reduce installation time and minimize connector-related faults. The cable construction supports repeated movement and fixed routing in machinery and plant environments. Its pre-terminated assembly simplifies integration with existing infrastructure and helps ensure consistent signal performance across the 10 m span.

Suitable for

• Connecting industrial switches, routers and gateways within machine and control-room layouts
• Field cabling between sensor/actuator panels and control systems
• Retrofit and replacement installations where a reliable 10 m link is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 m
• Application area: industrial networking
• Design: pre-terminated cable assembly suitable for repetitive routing
• Environmental suitability: designed for use in machine rooms and control cabinets (industrial conditions)
• Mounting/connection: ready-made connector interface for quick installation

How to use

Route the 10 m cable avoiding sharp bends and areas with excessive heat or mechanical abrasion. Connect the pre-terminated ends to the corresponding ports on the networking equipment, ensuring secure seating of the connectors. Fix the cable along cable ducts or trays using appropriate clamps to prevent strain on the connectors. Verify link status and data transmission on the connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the cable within recommended bend radii, protect it from prolonged exposure to oils or aggressive chemicals, and secure it against excessive tensile stress. Regularly inspect connector interfaces and cable routing during maintenance intervals to maintain reliable industrial network operation.
