Microconnect V-UTP610S ohut verkkokaapeli musta 10 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Microconnect V-UTP610S-SLIM RJ-45 Cat6 10 m Black is a slim Cat6 networking cable designed for space-saving installations in IT racks and cabinets. With a 10 m length, U/UTP construction and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, the cable supports Cat6 performance up to 250 MHz and data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s while remaining backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5.

Advantages

The slim, thinner jacket and flexible construction provide improved accessibility in dense patch panels and make routing and switching easier. Reduced cable bulk improves air-flow in racks and cabinets, which helps lower the risk of equipment overheating and downtime. The cable is tested to Cat6 specifications and features a snagless design to protect the RJ-45 connector clip during installation in tight spaces.

Suitable for

• Data centre patching and rack-to-rack connections
• Office network installations with limited space behind panels
• Home or small business network setups requiring Cat6 performance

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network port on a switch, router or patch panel and the other end to the corresponding device or port. Route the cable through racks or cable management channels, taking advantage of the slim profile to pass through tight spaces. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the clip clicks to secure the connection.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and kinks; maintain the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius when routing. Use in patching and short-run horizontal cabling where Cat6 performance is required and shielding is not necessary.
