How to use

Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant countertop with adequate ventilation around the unit. Use microwave mode for reheating and defrosting, selecting power levels and time according to food type and weight. For baking, select convection mode and preheat as required; use the grill or combined modes to achieve browning or crisping. Always use cookware suitable for microwave and high-temperature cooking, and observe recommended cooking times and power settings for different dishes. After use, allow the oven to cool before cleaning the interior and removable accessories.

Recommendations

For best results when baking, preheat the convection function and use oven-safe pans sized to the 23 L cavity. To maintain efficiency and hygiene, wipe spills promptly and clean the interior regularly; avoid using metal inside microwave-only mode. Select combined grill and convection settings for foods that require both internal cooking and surface browning.
