Mikrofoni Boya BY-M1 Pro II Lavalier

The Boya BY-M1 Pro II Lavalier Microphone is a clip-on omnidirectional microphone designed for use with smartphones, cameras and computers. It features a 3.5 mm TRRS connector and a 6 m cable that provides extended reach for interviews, vlogging and presentations. The microphone offers low self-noise and a wide frequency response to capture clear speech and ambient detail while remaining compact and easy to carry.

Advantages

The BY-M1 Pro II delivers consistent omnidirectional pickup for even sound capture from all directions, reducing the need for precise positioning. Its 3.5 mm TRRS connector enables direct connection to mobile devices and many cameras without additional adapters, while compatibility with computers is achieved through available adapters or input ports. A long 6 m cable increases mobility during recordings and allows the camera or recorder to be placed at a distance from the talent. Low self-noise and a wide frequency response contribute to intelligible vocal reproduction and cleaner recordings in typical content-creation environments.

Suitable for

• Vlogging and on-camera commentary
• Interviews and field reporting
• Online presentations, webinars and video calls
• Recording voiceovers and educational content

How to use

Attach the Boya BY-M1 Pro II lavalier clip to clothing near the speaker's chest or collar, positioning the capsule 15–30 cm from the mouth for natural vocal balance. Insert the 3.5 mm TRRS connector into the compatible device input; if your camera or computer requires a TRS or USB input, use the appropriate adapter. Route the 6 m cable to avoid noise from movement and secure excess cable to prevent tangling. Adjust input levels on your recording device to avoid clipping while ensuring clear signal strength.

Recommendations

For interviews in noisy environments, place the microphone as close to the speaker as practical and use device-level noise reduction or a low-cut filter if available. When connecting to devices with different input types, verify polarity and test levels before recording. Store the microphone coiled loosely to preserve the cable and keep the clip and capsule clean for consistent performance.
