How to use

Install the housing kit in the ceiling according to local building and AV installation standards and mount the TeamConnect Ceiling microphone within the enclosure. Connect the microphone to the PoE-enabled network switch and configure the device using the manufacturer’s setup procedure and conferencing platform credentials. Position the unit centrally in the room to ensure optimal coverage up to 40 m² and enable any camera-control features in the AV system to use talker position data.

Recommendations

For best performance, place the housing and microphone centrally in the room, avoid close proximity to HVAC vents or noisy equipment, and ensure the PoE switch and network meet the required security protocols (IEEE 802.1x, TLS 1.2). Use certified conferencing clients for full interoperability.
