How to use

Position the microphone in a location that provides a clear line of sound from the speaker’s mouth, typically on the dashboard, A-pillar trim, or near the driver-side sun visor for in-vehicle use, or on a desktop near the user for office setups. Secure the unit using the supplied mounting hardware or an appropriate adhesive and route the cable to the hands-free module. Connect to the corresponding microphone input on the hands-free unit and verify functionality by making a test call or using a voice command feature. Adjust placement slightly if necessary to reduce background noise or improve speech clarity.

Recommendations

For optimal speech transmission, avoid placing the microphone close to strong airflow sources (such as air vents) or next to noisy electronic components. If background noise is significant, reposition the microphone closer to the speaker’s typical mouth location and ensure the cable is secured to prevent vibration noise.
