Mikserikotelo Omnitronic MCV-19 8HE säädettävä — flightcase 19 inch telinevarusteille, 8 HE korkeus, mukautuva sisäjako

The Omnitronic MCV-19 8HE Variable is a flight-style mixer case designed for 19" rack equipment with an internal height of 8 HE (8U). Built to protect rack-mount mixers, processors and related devices during transport and storage, the case combines a rugged exterior shell with an adaptable interior layout that accepts instruments of varying depth. The construction balances durability and practical handling for use in touring, rehearsal and studio environments.

Advantages

The case offers robust edge protection, recessed hardware and secure latches to minimise impact and vibration damage. Its internal mounting rails and adjustable mounting positions allow flexible placement of equipment, while the removable front and rear panels provide straightforward access for setup and maintenance. The flight-case design simplifies stacking and handling during transport without compromising the internal security of mounted units.

How to use

Place the case on a stable surface and remove the front or rear panels to access mounting rails. Secure rack equipment to the internal rails using appropriate rack screws and washers, adjusting the mounting depth to accommodate device depth and airflow needs. Reinstall panels and fasten latches before transport. For connection or servicing, open the panels and access rear or front connectors while the case remains stationary.

Recommendations

Use standard 19" rack mounting hardware and ensure devices are evenly distributed within the 8U space to maintain balance. Avoid overloading the case beyond recommended weight limits of the mounting rails and use additional padding for fragile components. During long transports, verify that latches and handles are fully secured and inspect the case for damage after heavy use.
