How to use

Hold the tape measure by the casing and pull the steel blade out to the required length. Hook or press the tape against the edge to secure the starting point, then read the measurement at the blade mark aligned with the target point. Retract the blade slowly into the housing to avoid damage to the tape and locking mechanism. For repeat measurements, ensure the blade remains straight and untwisted to maintain accuracy.

Recommendations

Store the tape measure in a dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to preserve the steel tape and internal components. Clean the blade after use if it becomes dirty and retract it fully to protect the readability of the scale. Use the tool within its 2‑metre range for best accuracy and replace the tape if the scale markings become worn or damaged.
