Multisport-lasit UVEX sportstyle 312 — unisex-täysreunakehys, musta

The Uvex sportstyle 312 is a multi-sport mountaineering eyewear model designed for outdoor activities. It offers full coverage and a secure fit with soft nose pads and temple tips, plus an additional headband. The model includes removable magnetic side guards to adjust lateral light entry and is available with category 3 and category 4 tints. Lenses provide 100% UVA, UVB and UVC protection through UV-absorbing filters integrated into the lens material.

Advantages

The design balances protection and comfort by combining full-rim construction, soft contact points and an optional headband for stability during active use. Integrated UV-absorbing material delivers complete retinal protection, while removable magnetic side guards let you control peripheral glare and wind exposure. Available in darker category 3 and very dark category 4 tints to suit bright alpine conditions.

Suitable for

• Mountaineering and alpine hiking
• High-altitude trekking and glacier travel
• General outdoor sports in bright sunlight
• Situations requiring secure fit and lateral protection

When it may not be suitable

These glasses are designed for strong light conditions and may be heavier or darker than preferred for low-light or indoor activities. Category 4 lenses severely reduce visible light and are not appropriate for driving or situations where colour recognition and detail are essential.

Recommendations

Clean the lenses regularly with a soft cloth and lukewarm water to maintain optical clarity and protection; avoid abrasive materials and strong chemical cleaners. Do not use category 4 lenses for driving or low-light environments.
