Muovinen tyhjäkotelo EFB Elektronik EB0909 — sokkakotelo 9×9 moduulille

The EFB Elektronik EB0909 plastic empty enclosure is a compact blank housing designed to accommodate electronic assemblies and small printed circuit boards in a 9×9 module format. Made of durable plastic, the case offers a protective shell for prototypes, custom modules and small production units while leaving space for wiring, connectors and component placement. Its simple geometry and standard module footprint make it suitable for a wide range of DIY electronics, instrumentation panels and low-volume device housings.

Advantages

This enclosure provides a lightweight and insulating housing that protects circuitry from dust and incidental contact. The plastic construction reduces electrical conductivity and weight compared with metal cases. The standardized 9×9 module footprint simplifies mechanical alignment and mounting of small PCBs and components. Access points and an open internal volume allow flexible routing of wires and placement of connectors, and the blank front and rear faces can be drilled, engraved or modified to match panel requirements.

How to use

Place the assembled PCB or components inside the enclosure and align them with the internal mounting points or standoffs. If necessary, modify the front or rear faces by drilling holes or cutting openings for connectors, switches or displays. Route wires through the available gaps or prepared cutouts and secure components with screws, clips or adhesive as appropriate. Ensure that components generating heat have sufficient clearance and that any connectors are accessible from the chosen face of the housing.

Recommendations

For reliable results, measure the PCB dimensions and verify connector locations before performing cutouts. Use non-conductive fixings and avoid excessive stress when tightening screws in plastic threads. If electrical isolation is critical, add insulating pads or coatings between components and the enclosure walls.
