Mustepatruuna Riso S-8113E alkuperäinen musta 2 kpl 1000 ml

Original RISO S-8113E black ink for Risograph duplicators, supplied as two 1000 ml tubes. Developed by Riso Corporation for HD-class machines (models EZ, RZ, MZ, SF, SFII and RZ SF series), this ink is formulated to produce high-resolution reproductions up to 600x600 dpi when used with compatible master film and HD-class risographs.

Advantages

RISO S-8113E is an original water-based glycerin emulsion ink with finely dispersed pigment particles (0.15–0.4 µm) that provides fast paper absorption, stable film formation and reliable fixation. Using genuine Riso consumables helps extend the service life of contacting components, maintain consistent print quality and ensures non-toxic composition supported by international hygiene certificates. The HD formulation enables fine line detail, small-font text and subtle gradients suitable for photographic and high-precision document reproduction.

Suitable for

• Risograph models EZ, RZ, MZ, SF, SFII and HD-class RZ SF duplicators
• High-resolution reproductions up to 600x600 dpi (with compatible master film)
• Printing black-and-white documents, text, line art and halftone images

How to use

Install each 1000 ml tube into the dedicated ink compartment of the risograph following the machine manufacturer’s procedure: insert the tube into the compartment and engage it by cranking as required. Use the specified HD master film (for example RISO SF 9350 HD master film) to achieve 600 dpi reproduction. Typical industrial consumption figures: preparing a master uses approximately 2.25 g per A4 master frame and 4.5–5 g per A3 master frame; final print consumption in text mode with 10–15% coverage is about 0.025 g per A4 copy and 0.055 g per A3 copy. Replace tubes when depleted and dispose of empty containers according to local regulations.

Recommendations

For best and consistent results, use original RISO S-8113E ink together with RISO HD master film and genuine Riso consumables; this combination optimizes image quality, reduces wear on machine parts and ensures safe, non-toxic handling.
