How to use

Verify compatibility by checking the device model and the MPN GH97-18224C before starting. Power off the phone and remove any SIM/microSD trays. Disconnect the battery before detaching the existing display to avoid short circuits. Use appropriate tools (heated pad or controlled heat source, plastic pry tools and suction) to soften adhesive and separate the front panel. Carefully disconnect the digitizer flex cable from the motherboard and remove the old assembly. Fit the replacement digitizer assembly, connect the flex cable and temporarily power on the device to test touch response and display function before final sealing. Reassemble the phone and apply new adhesive where required.

Recommendations

Handle the replacement display digitizer assembly with ESD-safe precautions and avoid bending or creasing the flex cable. Test the new assembly for touch and display functionality before fully securing it to the frame. If you are not experienced with phone repairs, consider professional installation. Store the part in a dry, dust-free environment and avoid direct pressure on the glass surface during handling and installation.
