The Monitor Elbow Arm ergonomic solutions SP2 400mm Black — adjustable 400 mm reach is a compact articulation arm designed to support and position monitors and small displays. The elbow design balances reach and compactness so the arm can be folded close to the desk or extended to its full 400 mm reach as required. Built for straightforward installation, it supports cable routing along the arm to keep the workspace tidy and reduces neck and eye strain by facilitating ergonomic screen positioning.

Suitable for

• Home office setups with limited desk area
• Corporate workstations and shared desk environments
• Small displays or lightweight monitors requiring flexible positioning
• Multi-monitor setups where one screen needs frequent repositioning

Key specifications

• Adjustable reach: 400 mm
• Color: black
• Arm type: elbow articulation for compact folding and extension
• Mounting method: desk-mount (clamp or grommet compatible)
• Cable management: integrated routing along the arm
• Compatible display size: suitable for small to medium monitors (check weight limits separately)

How to use

Attach the elbow arm to the desk using the clamp or grommet option provided, ensuring the mounting surface is stable and appropriate for the chosen method. Mount the monitor on the arm's VESA-compatible plate (or appropriate adapter), then adjust the elbow joints to set height, tilt and reach. Use the integrated cable routing channels to guide power and signal cables along the arm, preventing drag and clutter. Fine-tune tension and angle so the screen holds position without sagging and can be moved smoothly when needed.

Recommendations

Verify that the monitor's weight and VESA pattern are within the arm's supported range before installation. Regularly check and, if applicable, adjust joint tension to maintain stable positioning. For optimal ergonomics, position the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level and set the viewing distance so the display fills a comfortable portion of the visual field.
