How to use

Open the stapler’s staple magazine according to the manufacturer’s guidance, insert a strip of compatible staples (24/6–24/8 or 26/6–26/8), and close the magazine until it locks. Position the paper stack under the head where you want the staple to be placed and press down firmly on the top of the stapler until the stapling action is complete. For thicker stacks, ensure the material does not exceed the maximum capacity to avoid jams or incomplete clinching. If a staple jam occurs, open the stapler magazine to access and remove the jammed staple before reloading and continuing.

Recommendations

For consistent performance, use high-quality staples in the supported sizes and avoid stapling stacks that exceed the stated capacity. Periodically check and clear the staple channel of debris and replace staples before they are completely depleted to reduce the chance of misfeeds. Store the stapler on a stable surface and avoid dropping it to maintain alignment and mechanism integrity.
