How to use

Place the stack of paper to be stapled into the stapling throat, aligning the paper against the anvil for the desired staple placement. Press down firmly on the top of the stapler until the staple is driven through the paper and clinched on the underside. To reload, open the top-loading compartment according to the device’s hinge action, insert an appropriate strip of staples (24/6, 24/8, 26/6 or 26/8), and close the compartment until it clicks into place. For best results, ensure staples are seated correctly and avoid overfilling the magazine.

Recommendations

Use the Novus B 4FC Blue with standard office paper (80 g/m²) to achieve the rated capacity up to 50 sheets; heavier stock will reduce capacity. Periodically clear the stapling throat and check the mechanism for jammed staples. Replace staples with compatible sizes only and avoid forcing the stapler when a jam occurs—open the top-loading compartment to clear obstructions safely.
