Caleffi 5R Series termostaattinen sekoitusventtiili 3/4 inch NPT tulo x 1/2 inch NPT lähtö, lyijytön messinki, ASSE 1017

Thermostatic mixing valve delivering precise, safe mixed water temperature control from 95–120°F (35–49°C) for domestic hot water and radiant heating systems. The Caleffi 5R Series valve blends hot and cold water to a set temperature, preventing scalding and ensuring consistent outlet temperature even with pressure or temperature fluctuations. Its low-lead brass body, integrated check valves, and tamper-resistant adjustment make it a reliable safety component for point-of-use or central mixing applications.

Advantages

This valve offers robust safety and performance: ASSE 1017 and CSA B125.3 certified, cUPC listed, and NSF/ANSI 372 compliant for lead-free installations. Integrated check valves on both inlets prevent cross-flow and backflow, while the tamper-resistant cap locks the temperature setting. The low-lead brass construction resists corrosion and ensures long service life, and the compact design fits tight spaces. With a flow rate of 8.5 GPM at 4.35 psi pressure drop, it supports high-demand fixtures without sacrificing temperature stability.

Suitable for

• Domestic hot water distribution systems requiring scald protection
• Radiant floor heating loops needing precise supply temperature
• Point-of-use mixing for sinks, showers, and washbasins
• Commercial and residential applications with ASSE 1017 compliance
• Retrofit or new installations where lead-free valves are mandated
