NOCO laturi GENIUSPRO50 50A älykäs latausteknologia

NOCO GENIUSPRO50 50A smart charging technology is a 12V battery charger and maintainer designed to deliver controlled charging current up to 50 amperes for automotive and compatible vehicle batteries. The unit incorporates intelligent charge management to optimise charge stages, prevent overcharging and support battery recovery. Built for heavier duty applications, the charger is suitable for use in workshops, fleet maintenance and for heavy vehicles requiring faster recharge and reliable long-term battery storage.

Advantages

The charger provides a high 50A maximum charge current while managing the charge cycle with smart algorithms that detect battery condition and adjust charging automatically. This reduces the risk of overcharging and supports efficient recovery of depleted batteries. Compact construction and robust thermal management enable repeated use in demanding environments. The unit’s automatic maintenance mode helps maintain batteries in storage without manual intervention.

Suitable for

• Charging and maintaining 12V lead-acid and compatible vehicle batteries
• Fleet service centres and commercial workshops
• Heavy-duty vehicles, vans and light trucks
• Battery recovery and fast recharge when higher current is required

Key specifications

• Nominal system voltage: 12 volts
• Maximum charge current: 50 A
• Smart multi-stage charging algorithm for detection and optimisation of charge
• Automatic maintenance/float charging for long-term battery storage
• Thermal management and protection against overcurrent and reverse polarity
• Suitable for lead-acid battery types and other compatible 12V chemistries where specified

How to use

Connect the charger clamps or approved connection accessories to the battery terminals with the charger powered off. Select the appropriate mode if multiple charging profiles are available; if not, the unit will automatically detect and apply the correct charge routine. Power on the charger and allow the smart charging sequence to progress through detection, bulk charge, absorption and maintenance stages. Monitor status indicators during the initial cycle; once the unit enters maintenance mode it can be left connected for long-term storage.

Recommendations

Use the charger in well-ventilated areas and follow vehicle manufacturer guidance when charging onboard batteries. For best results with deeply discharged or sulfated batteries, allow the charger to complete its automated recovery routine. Avoid exposing the unit to moisture and extreme temperatures; disconnect when not in use for extended periods if storage conditions are not suitable.
