Ohjauspyörä 50 mm Roadinger 30004016 harmaa jarrulla

Roadinger caster wheel 50 mm (model 30004016) is a compact grey swivel caster with an integrated brake designed for indoor use on flat surfaces. It provides mobility for furniture, equipment and transport trolleys while allowing secure position locking when the brake is engaged. The wheel delivers smooth rolling and straightforward installation with standard mounting hardware, making it suitable for applications where moderate load capacity and precise placement are required.

Advantages

The caster combines a durable grey wheel tread with a metal mounting plate and integrated brake mechanism to ensure reliable movement and stable locking. Its 50 mm diameter balances load-bearing capability and low profile clearance, enabling easy rollability on hard, flat floors without excessive height increase. The brake offers quick and intuitive engagement for immediate immobilization of the wheel, reducing unwanted movement and increasing safety during use.

How to use

Attach the caster wheel to the underside of the furniture or equipment using the mounting plate and appropriate fasteners for the material (screws or bolts). Ensure the mounting surface is level and capable of supporting the combined load. After installation, test rolling behaviour and engage the brake to verify correct immobilization. Periodically inspect the wheel and brake for wear, remove debris from the tread, and tighten mounting fasteners as needed to maintain safe operation.

Recommendations

Use the caster on smooth, level indoor floors and avoid heavy impact or uneven surfaces that could damage the wheel or brake. Select appropriate fasteners for the mounting material and observe the overall load limits of the furniture or trolley—use multiple casters per item to distribute weight evenly. Regular cleaning and visual inspection will extend service life and ensure consistent braking performance.
