Ohukaispannu LAMART LP1004, tarttumaton pinnoite, 25 cm, musta

LAMART LP1004 is a 25 cm pancake frying pan with a non-stick coating and a black finish designed for frying pancakes, crepes and similar batter-based dishes. The pan offers an even heat distribution across the cooking surface to promote consistent browning and reduce hot spots. The non-stick interior reduces the amount of oil or butter required and simplifies cleaning after use, making it suitable for everyday home cooking and quick breakfasts.

Advantages

The non-stick coating provides easy food release and faster cleanup without aggressive scrubbing. A flat 25 cm diameter cooking surface ensures uniform contact with batter for evenly cooked pancakes. The lightweight construction and ergonomic handle offer comfortable handling and good maneuverability during flipping. The black exterior finish resists visible staining and matches a range of kitchen styles.

Suitable for

• Frying pancakes and crepes
• Cooking omelettes and flat egg dishes
• Heating tortillas and flatbreads
• Light searing of thin cuts or vegetables

Key specifications

• Cooking diameter: 25 cm
• Interior surface: non-stick coating for reduced sticking and easier cleaning
• Exterior finish: black
• Suitable heat sources: gas and electric stovetops (compatibility with induction not specified)
• Shape: flat, low-sided pancake/crepe pan

How to use

Preheat the pan on medium heat before adding a small amount of fat if desired; the non-stick surface usually allows minimal oil. Pour batter evenly across the 25 cm cooking surface and cook until edges set and the underside is golden, then flip with a spatula. Clean the pan after use with warm water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive scouring pads and metal utensils to preserve the non-stick coating. Allow the pan to cool before washing.

Recommendations

Use silicone, wooden or plastic utensils to prolong the life of the non-stick surface. Avoid overheating an empty pan and follow manufacturer care instructions to maintain cooking performance.
