Ohukaisupannu Pensofal Saxum 28 cm tarttumaton, kestävä

Pensofal Saxum 28 cm pancake pan is a cast aluminium crepe pan with a 28 cm cooking surface and a durable nine-layer Biostone® Pro non-stick coating that reproduces a stone effect inside and a non-alterable finish outside. The pan features a stainless steel double bottom for even heat distribution and compatibility with all hobs, including induction. An ergonomic soft-touch bakelite handle ensures a secure grip. The Saxum Collection is designed to be resistant to scratches and abrasions when used with appropriate utensils and is indicated for people intolerant to heavy metals.

Advantages

The nine-layer Biostone® Pro non-stick interior provides easy food release and reduces the need for oil, while the external non-stick finish is easy to clean and maintains appearance over time. The heavy cast aluminium body promotes even heat distribution and the stainless steel double bottom makes the pan suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs. Ergonomic soft-touch bakelite handles improve handling safety. The materials and construction are designed to resist scratches and abrasions with correct use.

How to use

Preheat the pancake pan on the chosen hob at medium heat before adding batter to ensure even cooking. Use minimal oil or butter if desired; the Biostone® Pro non-stick surface facilitates flipping and release. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid damaging the coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive pads or aggressive detergents.

Recommendations

To prolong non-stick performance and surface appearance, avoid metal utensils and high dry heat. Store the pan without stacking heavy cookware on top or use a protective layer between pans. Follow manufacturer care instructions and avoid sudden thermal shocks (do not immerse a very hot pan in cold water).
