Oksasaha Silky KSI635636 36 cm ruostumaton teräs keltainen

The Silky KSI635636 pruning saw features a 36 cm stainless steel blade with a slight curve, designed for efficient cutting of branches and trunks during camping, trail clearing or garden work. The blade is 90 mm wide with a 1.7 mm kerf and is fitted into a compact 760 mm total-length tool with a rubber handle and a folding lock mechanism that provides two sawing positions.

Advantages

The curved, extra-thick stainless steel blade cuts on the pull stroke for controlled, low-effort sawing and helps the teeth bite into both fresh and dry wood without the saw slipping out of the cut. Large, sharp teeth speed up cutting of thick trunks while the robust 1.7 mm kerf ensures outdoor durability. The folding design and lightweight construction make the saw easy to carry in a backpack, and the large rubber handle allows a secure two-handed grip. A hole in the handle accepts a carabiner or cord for convenient attachment.

Suitable for

• Camping and campfire wood preparation
• Clearing mountain bike or hiking trails
• Pruning and cutting branches in gardens and orchards
• Working in areas where chainsaws are impractical or restricted

How to use

Open the pruning saw by releasing the locking button and set it to the preferred sawing position. Hold the handle with one or both hands depending on the branch size and pull the blade toward you to cut; the saw cuts on the pull stroke for controlled, efficient progress. For larger trunks, use steady, even strokes and allow the large teeth to bite into the wood. After use, fold the blade closed and engage the lock for safe transport and storage.

Recommendations

For safe operation, wear appropriate eye and hand protection and ensure stable footing. Use this folding hand saw when chainsaws are not permitted or practical; regular cleaning and drying of the stainless steel blade will help prevent corrosion and maintain cutting performance.
