OLT-kortti Huawei H901MPLA 4 x SFP+/SFP 10GE/GE OLT 5800 X:lle

The HUAWEI H901MPLA OLT card provides four SFP+/SFP ports that support both 10GE and GE interfaces for use in OLT 5800 X series chassis. It is intended to deliver high-speed optical uplink connectivity and flexible port configuration for broadband access networks. The module is designed to integrate with existing access infrastructure, offering improved throughput and compatibility with SFP and SFP+ transceivers.

Advantages

This OLT card offers mixed 10GE/GE port capability in a compact form factor, enabling service providers to allocate high-bandwidth uplinks where needed while maintaining compatibility with lower-speed links. The SFP/SFP+ port flexibility simplifies inventory and deployment by supporting a range of optical transceivers. Built to match the mechanical and electrical requirements of the OLT 5800 X series, the card contributes to predictable performance and simplified network expansion.

Suitable for

• Aggregation uplinks in fiber access networks
• Service provider edge and metro access scenarios
• Upgrading OLT 5800 X systems to add 10GE capacity
• Environments requiring mixed-rate optical interfaces

Key specifications

• Port type: 4 x SFP+/SFP hybrid ports
• Supported rates: 10 Gigabit Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet
• Form factor: line card compatible with OLT 5800 X series chassis
• Interface medium: optical (SFP/SFP+ transceivers dependent)
• Use case focus: uplink/aggregation for broadband access

How to use

Install the card into a compatible slot of the OLT 5800 X chassis according to the chassis installation guide and observe standard ESD precautions. Populate the SFP/SFP+ ports with appropriate optical transceivers matched to the desired link distance and fiber type, then connect fiber optic cables and configure the OLT software to recognize and enable the new ports. Verify link status and perform basic throughput and reachability tests to confirm correct operation.

Recommendations

Use certified SFP and SFP+ transceivers that comply with the required optical specifications and maintain correct fiber polarity and connector cleanliness. When planning deployment, allocate 10GE links for high-traffic aggregation and retain GE links for access segments where lower bandwidth is sufficient.
