Omnitronic 30300511 kaiutinkaapeli, 2x2,5 mm², 100 m, musta

Omnitronic 30300511 is a 100 m speaker cable with two conductors of 2x2.5 mm² in black designed for connecting speakers and audio equipment over long runs. The cable delivers a balance of flexibility and conductor cross-section suitable for medium-power audio signals, making it appropriate for installations where a continuous, durable connection is needed. Its length and conductor size support extended routing through venues, rehearsal rooms and home audio systems without the need for joins that can degrade signal quality.

Advantages

The two 2.5 mm² conductors provide lower resistance than thinner speaker wires, improving signal transfer for mid-range power setups. The 100 m spool reduces the need for splices and allows a single continuous run for large rooms or multi-room installations. The black outer jacket offers neutral appearance and basic protection against abrasion and handling during installation. The cable construction supports consistent impedance over its length, which helps maintain audio clarity and reduces the risk of level loss at longer distances.

How to use

Strip the outer jacket and prepare each conductor according to the terminal type of your amplifier or speaker, ensuring correct polarity throughout the run. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, high-traffic areas or sources of electromagnetic interference; secure it with appropriate clips or cable ties rated for audio installations. For best results, use a single continuous length where possible and avoid unnecessary splices. Test the connection at low volume before normal operation to verify polarity and signal integrity.

Recommendations

For installations longer than 100 m or when higher power handling is required, consider cables with larger conductor cross-sections or using multiple runs in parallel. Keep the cable away from power cables to minimize hum and interference, and use proper strain relief at termination points to prolong service life.
