Oplite Simracing-käsineet L musta keinonahka polyesteri silikoni spandex

Oplite Simracing Gloves L Black Faux Leather Polyester Silicone Spandex are gloves designed to support sim racing by improving grip, comfort and durability during long sessions. Constructed from faux leather, polyester, silicone and spandex, these gloves combine a snug fit with breathable panels and a lightweight profile (approximately 150 g). The palm features an anti-slip silicone coating and the index finger includes a suede patch that allows normal use of touchscreens without removing the glove.

Advantages

The mix of faux leather and polyester provides a durable outer surface while spandex ensures stretch and a close fit across the hand. Silicone on the palm increases friction on steering wheels, reducing slippage and improving control. The suede patch on the index finger preserves touchscreen functionality and the gloves’ overall lightweight construction reduces hand fatigue during extended racing sessions.

Suitable for

• Sim racing on PC or consoles where steering wheel control and tactile feedback matter
• Long practice sessions and online competitions that require consistent grip
• Protecting steering wheel finishes such as alcantara or imitation leather
• Users who need touchscreen access while wearing gloves

When it may not be suitable

These gloves are designed specifically for sim racing and other driving-related use; they are not intended as heavy-duty work gloves or for environments requiring cut, heat or chemical resistance. If precise thermal insulation or certified protective features are required, choose specialised protective gloves instead.

Key specifications

• Materials: faux leather, polyester, silicone, spandex, suede patch on index finger
• Weight: approximately 150 g
• Dimensions: width 105 mm, height 235 mm
• Closure: adjustable Velcro fastener for a secure fit
• Colour: black

How to use

Put the gloves on and adjust the Velcro fastener to obtain a snug, comfortable fit that does not restrict finger movement. Use them while operating a sim racing wheel to benefit from increased grip and reduced slippage. The suede patch on the index finger allows interaction with touchscreens and mobile devices without removing the glove. After use, allow gloves to air dry if they become damp; avoid prolonged exposure to direct heat or sunlight.

What to consider before purchase

• Correct size: these are size L; check your hand measurements against the glove dimensions (width 105 mm, height 235 mm)
• Intended use: designed for sim racing and steering wheel protection, not for industrial safety applications
• Care requirements: clean gently and air dry to preserve materials and silicone coating

Recommendations

Use these gloves for simulated driving sessions where enhanced grip and steering wheel protection are priorities. Regular use can help reduce wear on delicate wheel coverings, and the lightweight, stretchy construction supports longer racing periods with less hand fatigue.
