Optinen Toslink-kaapeli ShiverPeaks 69004-1.5 — 1,5 m, 4,0 mm optinen audiokaapeli

ShiverPeaks 69004-1.5 is a 1.5 m Toslink optical audio cable with a 4.0 mm optical core diameter, designed to transmit digital multichannel or stereo audio between devices. The cable connects TVs, soundbars, AV receivers, DACs and other digital audio sources and sinks using a standardized optical interface. The fiber optic transmission provides galvanic isolation and immunity to electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for audio setups where electrical noise or ground loops must be avoided.

Advantages

This Toslink cable offers a reliable optical link with consistent signal integrity over its 1.5 m length and a 4.0 mm core diameter optimized for domestic audio connections. The plug-to-plug construction ensures simple, tool-free installation and a compact connector profile compatible with standard optical sockets. Because it uses light rather than electrical conductors, the cable eliminates ground loop hum and reduces susceptibility to radio frequency and electromagnetic interference.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to a soundbar for digital audio output
• Linking an AV receiver to a source component such as a CD player or DAC
• Home theater systems requiring optical S/PDIF connections
• Hi‑fi setups where galvanic isolation is preferred

Key specifications

• Length: 1.5 m
• Optical core diameter: 4.0 mm
• Connector type: standard Toslink plug on both ends
• Transmission: digital optical (S/PDIF compatible)
• Typical application: stereo and multichannel digital audio

How to use

Insert each Toslink plug firmly into the optical output and input sockets on your devices, taking care to align the keyed connector and avoid bending the fiber sharply. Ensure both devices are powered and configured to use the optical audio output or input in their audio settings. The cable requires no pairing or drivers—audio routes automatically once the source and sink accept optical S/PDIF signals.

Recommendations

Avoid tight bends and kinks in the cable path; maintain gentle radii to preserve optical performance. Keep the connector dust caps in place when not in use and clean connector ends with a soft, lint-free cloth if necessary. For longer runs or installation through constrained channels, verify connector clearance and routing before final placement.
