The Varta 16650 101 421 Aqua colour headband flashlight is a compact hands-free lighting solution designed for everyday tasks and light outdoor activities. Its ABS housing and shockproof construction protect the LED lamp from impacts up to 2 meters, while an IPX4 rating provides resistance to water splashes. The lamp delivers a luminous flux of 100 lumens and runs on AAA batteries for up to 35 hours, offering a balance of brightness and long runtime in a lightweight package weighing approximately 91.2 g and measuring 45 mm in depth.

Advantages

The headband flashlight combines a robust ABS body with shockproof design to withstand accidental drops and rough handling. Its IPX4 splash resistance allows use in light rain or damp conditions. The LED output of 100 lumens provides sufficient illumination for close-range tasks while low weight and compact depth make it comfortable for extended wear. Battery operation on common AAA cells ensures easy replacement and extended runtime up to 35 hours depending on battery quality and operating mode.

After use, switch the lamp off and remove the batteries for extended storage to avoid leakage.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use high-quality alkaline or rechargeable AAA batteries and replace them when light output decreases. Avoid submerging the flashlight; IPX4 protects only against splashes. Clean the housing with a soft, damp cloth and avoid chemical solvents. Check headband tension before extended wear to ensure comfort and stability.
