Ovipainike Grothe 51015 — pinta-asennus valkoinen, 12 V järjestelmiin, max. 1,5 A

Grothe 51015 is a surface-mounted white doorbell button designed for low-voltage 12 V doorbell systems. The compact pushbutton provides a straightforward, user-accessible interface to trigger chimes or signalling devices. Its simple design and white finish make it unobtrusive at entrance doors in residential and light commercial installations where a wired pushbutton rated up to 1.5 A is required.

Advantages

The doorbell button offers compact dimensions for unobtrusive installation and a surface-mounted form factor that avoids in-wall cutting. Constructed for low-voltage circuits, it supports reliable mechanical operation for visitor notification and is rated for currents up to 1.5 A at 12 V, which is compatible with most standard low-voltage chime units. The white finish integrates with common door and wall colours and simplifies replacement of existing pushbuttons in similar installations.

Suitable for

• Residential front doors and apartment entrances
• Light commercial premises such as small offices or clinics
• Retrofit or replacement of existing surface-mounted 12 V pushbuttons
• Low-voltage wired doorbell systems requiring up to 1.5 A switching

Key specifications

• Mounting type: surface-mounted
• Color: white
• Operating voltage: 12 V (low-voltage doorbell systems)
• Maximum switching current: 1.5 A
• Actuation: mechanical pushbutton
• Application: wired doorbell / visitor signaling

How to use

Install the Grothe surface-mounted button on a clean, flat surface near the entrance using appropriate screws or adhesive as suited to the mounting surface. Connect the two doorbell conductors to the button terminals, ensuring the circuit is de-energized during installation. Verify that the connected chime or signalling device is compatible with a 12 V supply and does not exceed the 1.5 A switching rating. After wiring, restore power and test the button to confirm reliable actuation and chime response.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable operation, use this button only in compatible 12 V wired doorbell systems and ensure the connected load does not exceed 1.5 A. Perform installation with the power off and follow local electrical safety regulations. For outdoor exposure, confirm the mounting location provides appropriate protection from direct weather or use an adequately rated enclosure if required.
