Painelimakäyttöinen suorahiomakone ks tools 515.5410 — pneumaattinen suorahiomakone, kompakti rakenne

ks tools 515.5410 is an air straight die grinder designed for precision grinding, deburring and surface finishing in metalworking and automotive applications. The pneumatic inline die grinder connects to standard compressed air systems and accepts grinding stones, mounted points and rotary burrs. Its compact straight-body design allows access to tight spaces, making it suitable for detailed work, repair tasks and finishing operations where controlled speed and reach are required.

Advantages

The compact inline configuration provides good accessibility in narrow areas while maintaining balance and control during operation. Being pneumatic, the tool delivers consistent torque at variable loads and stays cooler in continuous use compared with some electric alternatives. The straight-body form factor facilitates direct reach and reduces operator fatigue when working in confined positions. The grinder is compatible with a range of common abrasive accessories for versatile surface preparation and finishing.

Suitable for

• Precision grinding and shaping of metal parts
• Deburring edges after cutting or machining
• Surface finishing and polishing in automotive repair
• Removing rust, weld scale and paint in small or confined areas
• Detail work on molds, fixtures and tool components

Key specifications

• Tool type: pneumatic inline die grinder with straight body
• Compatibility: designed for use with grinding stones, mounted points and rotary burrs
• Form factor: compact straight design for access to tight spaces
• Power source: compressed air (standard pneumatic supply)
• Applications: grinding, deburring, surface finishing, polishing and light material removal

How to use

Connect the ks tools 515.5410 to a properly regulated compressed air supply and ensure the hose and fittings are secure. Fit a compatible grinding accessory according to the accessory manufacturer's mounting instructions and tighten the collet or chuck to secure the tool bit. Start the air supply at low pressure to verify rotation direction and run-up, then increase to the recommended operating pressure for the chosen accessory. Use steady, light pressure and keep the grinder moving to avoid excessive material removal or heat buildup. After use, disconnect the air supply, allow moving parts to stop, and perform routine cleaning and lubrication as specified by the tool manufacturer.

Recommendations

For safe and effective operation, wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection and respiratory protection when producing dust. Use accessories rated for the grinder's speed and avoid excessive side-loading of mounted points or burrs. Maintain a clean air supply with in-line filtration and lubrication to prolong tool life and reduce wear.
