Painoanturi Greisinger GMSD 10 BR 101690, painealue 0–10 bar

Greisinger GMSD 10 BR is a relative pressure sensor with a defined measurement range of 0–10 bar, designed for monitoring and control tasks in industrial and HVAC systems. The sensor measures pressure relative to ambient and provides a standardized electrical output suitable for connection to control systems, data loggers or safety controllers. Its compact form and process connection make it suitable for installation in pipelines, vessels and equipment where reliable pressure feedback is required to maintain process stability and prevent overpressure events.

Advantages

The pressure sensor offers precise measurement across the 0–10 bar range with stable output characteristics and a robust mechanical design intended for continuous operation. Its design emphasizes compatibility with common process connections and electrical interfaces, simplifying integration into existing systems. The sensor construction reduces susceptibility to environmental influences and supports reliable long-term use in monitoring and control applications.

Suitable for

• Industrial process pressure monitoring
• HVAC system pressure control and safety monitoring
• Pipelines and pressurized vessels
• Integration with control panels, PLCs and data acquisition systems

Key specifications

• Pressure type: relative (gauge) pressure
• Measurement range: 0 to 10 bar
• Typical output: electrical signal compatible with control systems (voltage or current output depending on model variant)
• Process connection: designed for pipeline and equipment integration
• Operating environment: suitable for industrial and HVAC ambient conditions
• Mechanical design: compact housing for straightforward installation

How to use

Mount the sensor at the required point in the pipeline or on the equipment using the appropriate process connection and ensure correct orientation and sealing. Connect the electrical output to the control or monitoring device according to the wiring diagram supplied by the manufacturer, observing correct power and signal polarity. After installation, perform initial checks including zeroing or calibration if required by the control system, and verify output response across the pressure range to ensure correct operation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate pressure fittings and sealing materials compatible with the process medium. Follow local safety and installation standards, perform periodic functional checks and calibrations, and protect the sensor from mechanical overload, corrosive media and temperatures outside the specified operating range to ensure reliable long-term performance.
